1. Wolfen: I have the meat and bacon pieces diced to about 1.5 cm edge length and frozen. The unit stands by the suction cups on their feet despite the vibrations during Wolfen firmly on the work surface. The noise level is normal-loud. If you (individually possible) pushes the meat pieces in the chute, everything works fine. However, the ejection port is located almost directly above the lower end of the housing - an ergonomic senseless action, because this only bad can provide a receptacle under the Wolf. Ägerlich, therefore in this subdiscipline 4/5 points.
2. Sausage Filling: First, there is, unfortunately, only a sausage stuffer, who at the chosen caliber (20/22) was simply too big. In other machines three different attachments (small / medium / large) are common. After some tinkering, I built another tower to the device. But then the problem: There is no advancement of the sausage meat inside the appliance. Only with constant, enormous pressures of the sausage meat into the filling opening material was transported. I gave up after 5 sausages and hand-filling unearthed that the PC should replace FW 1003. Conclusion: As a sausage filler unsuitable, therefore 0/5 points.
3. Overall impression: The unit returns after a thorough cleaning. 2/5 points it receives for (with structural limitations) acceptable performance than Wolf. As Wurtfüller a complete disappointment.
