A good pan should be in every kitchen. But finding them is not easy. I often use a pan to fry meat. But from last pans that I bought what I utterly disappointed. All pans have a nonstick coating, but failed in their daily practice. Once I worked with little fat z. B. for frying meatballs, meat remained stuck to the pan bottom! Apparently worked the non-stick coating only when using a lot of fat. When I got the Tefal Ceramic Control Now, I was a bit skeptical about the promise that the Tefal ceramic sealant is an ideal sealing for crusty and searing. At first glance, the Tefal Ceramic Control stands out because of its appearance. It is decorated entirely in white, both externally and internally. The only "splash of color" is the center of the pan sunken "Thermospot". This is a temperature indicator, which indicates when the pan has reached the ideal temperature. Nice idea, but for experienced chefs / cooks of rather minor importance! After repeated use of Tefal Ceramic Control is clear to me that I've finally found a pan that was missing so far in my kitchen: The heat distribution of Tefal Ceramic Control is very good! The pan heats up quickly and retains heat even after you took them from the heat. Noticed absolute positive is the non-stick coating! No burning or sticking of food to be fried in the pan bottom! I could both meatballs, as well as schnitzel sauté with a little fat! Nothing remained bottom of the pan stick! Just what I expect from a frying pan! For a really well-designed and high-quality pan out of the house Tefal 5 Stars! She has earned it!
