Contrary to what we read in magazines that are only pretexts to advertise for different brands complements this book is an excellent source of clear and objective information. I only regret that they do not take the risk to recommend brands and primarily in particular products but I can understand that it is a concern of impartiality. (I said I own the first version, the one with the green cover).
