1. The quality is ok, but nothing more. For the price I would have a slightly higher quality Kunstsoff expected.
2. The blade inserts are sharp and for me from hardened, which is designed to ensure endurance. This will show the long-term test. To extend the safety and the cutting performance I would recommend to anyone the blade inserts in the dishwasher to clean. The detergent will damage the cutting what every knife lover should be clear.
3. The surface of the blade inserts is a bit small, wherefore the cutting material should be cut very small already. Have I marked on my cutting board, the "length", which I can Nicer-dicing)
4. Generally speaking, the smallest cube deployment works worse, or only with greater force than the larger (actually logical). Hard clippings (carrots, celery, etc.) should be pre-cut very small. Was afraid that I abreiße the lever in large pieces, and the force is very high.
5. For actual use, we can say: it works. If the pieces are well prepared is Ruck-Zuck rolled all cut, and so on. Should quickly a large amount to be cut (fruit salad, stews, etc.) absolutely recommendable. For smaller quantities a skilled knife user is not much slower. The risk of injury is correctly manipulated, is less than the diameter that is an advantage, especially for inexperienced. The button above to clean the spaces between the plunger is very clever. Mostly it is sufficient to rinse everything under running water.
6. The quarter / eighth-use is very useless. One is with the knife twice as fast and more accurate. The cube / disc inserts, and the rubbing (a bit too small surface) and the plow are ok. Nix dolles but serviceable.
7. What makes it just a bit maggoty (for me!) Is the lack of aesthetics in the preparation of a dish. I do not know if everyone understands me now, but (partly self-forged;) with a great knife in his hand, I work just prefer and also more flexible. A time saving of a few minutes is relatively me shooting. Who it does not wish, or is predisposed more pragmatic, has this device been thrilled!
8. Conclusion: The woman makes it fun to work with and I can still use my knife and her "elaborate". However, it should be clear to everyone that without a good "traditional" knife nothing goes well here. Therefore you have to work your way too much. I think many people who do not have a clever, sharp knife at home (you create on one that makes cooking so much fun !!! 3x) are very happy with the "Nicer Dicer"
One star deduction there was not quite so great for the plastic quality, otherwise so far nothing to complain about.
more experience then the long-term test
