I am a follower of Noctua for years (sinks and fans), and for the first time I am disappointed by the -relativement- branded product. Indeed, at full load noisy. Really noisy. Solution: use the resistance provided to lower the speed, but again you can clearly hear the breath. Last solution for me: fancontrol use (Linux) to set myself the rotation speed (using Windows tools of my CM to do the same)
In short, I am not convinced by the product, which nevertheless remains effective.
