I have been training since receiving the package every day - usually using the supplied DVD. The explanations are detailed enough to loose to train with. However, it bothers to 3-4 times will workout with the same DVD that Ms. Klein is almost not a single second to be quiet. The "Advertising" I find extremely annoying and distracting - if you already use an original DVD, so the user also the advantage of the original Flexi bars will be well aware.
The quality of the DVDs and the Flexi bars in this package are very satisfactory in spite of the criticism of the content and presentation of the DVDs. That is why the 4 stars - the smooth delivery and put together, very affordable package leave an annoying chatter that overlook. Interested can this (original) Product hardly acquire.
