If I am whistling with the thing at the top at half past 5 on the guaranteed non-approved road traffic regulations bike when it rains (IPx4!), In the fog and the snowstorm to S-Bahn, then heard the street from me now.
Technically light.
In Earnest.
The front light is so bright that even the cat's eyes on the Stassen scurrying cats reflect significantly in the first switching stage.
Of all car taillights, traffic and number plates to mention.
How it works from behind, I can not judge. The quite narrow LED bar is anyway supported by an additional crisp LED taillight on the seatpost.
Noticeable with 120g weight, to front and rear lights to be switched and align well with gloves.
The circuitry of the headlight is simple:
1x - floodlight with motion sensor to 10 cm distance = touchless on / off switch. Practical.
2x - Soft light, glare-free, therefore not so bright.
3x - SOS LED. Frequency corresponds to the SOS Morse code. Hopefully the more one knows ...
The next keypress will switch off the lamp in each mode.
One should switch through quickly, otherwise the lamp is off the next keystroke from the respective mode.
The rear light with 1x permanently switch from having 2x flashing and after.
Simple per se and practical, but as already mentioned here at the site, not obvious from the 'manual'.
The battery life could not be compared with the manufacturer's instructions.
But is secondary. Dear light with more frequent changes, as ... Well, somehow logical.
Whether the plastic elements will survive this winter to be expected with permafrost in the south of the republic - to be seen.
What you unfortunately can not say: That one with the Gegurte on the skull also looks only partially cool.
Plays at the time, however, only a minor role.
And for a cyber-monday-bargain agrees the price-performance ratio in any case.
UPDATE February 2013
The retaining member of the battery container has now actually given up the ghost (has been in previous Rezis mentioned before).
Actually the thing is therefore inoperative, but ...
And whether because of cold or prinzipiellem design flaw - the results now, unfortunately, the point deduction.
Thanks Tesa the problem fortunately is only an aesthetic, and also the battery change lasts thus only marginally longer.
Still annoying. Very annoying.
Would be very easily have been avoided.
But since have strongly confirmed all other qualities, it remains at 4 points.
For I would not have missed the part in any way.
