Since I Tacapasta by Marcato is used to further facilitate more attractive the manufacture of home-made pasta. You have namely no longer the problem "where I'll dry my pasta?". Because the fresh pasta is as it were "hung", comes from everywhere to air and therefore the drying process takes much shorter than normal. The noodles dry for one whole night (and perhaps even one working on where you are not at home anyway ...) and then I give them a new shoe box that I have previously covered with baking paper. The included collecting rod is no special assistance, therefore only 4 stars in my opinion. Have fun trying.
