A long time I was looking for a good pepper mill for my individual pepper mixture that also contains long pepper. Unfortunately failed previous 3 mills from other manufacturers at this pepper! With the WMF mill no longer a problem. However, I think that should work regardless of my purchased product with any other mill made by WMF. Important is the Ceramill grinder.
