For Lego really disappointing

My little boy loves digger and because we are Duplo fans, he got him.
But I am totally disappointed.
First, continuously fall from excavator and bucket, which every time is a catastrophe for the little ones.
And besides, snapping a two-year-olds are too sluggish.
The Baggerarmgelenk is already worn out.
No good buy.
Because we love our brother-digger but much more.
For Lego Duplo totally disappointing as I'm used to a different quality.
