For me the perfect replacement GHD!

because I recently the Remington S6500 - had ordered Sleek and Curl, and me this has due to super hot body (and my burnt palm) not convinced I was then again embark on the search for a good iron. The short list was then the GHD, the Braun Satin Hair 7 and the Remington Pearl. As I was not keen on nearly 200 to invest in a GHD, although I was of very enthusiastic [my best friend has one and let me play with it too often;)] but rather wanted to find a comparable model, the GHD was schonmal from the low range. And the brown I had already seen in the media market, where I was then noticed that it was very heavy in the hand. And since I due to the last (unfortunately bad) experience would not give Remington, I then decided for the Pearl. The price may perhaps be a deterrent for some, but then after my first 20 straighteners from Media Markt (Vidal Sassoon) I wanted to ascend into a slightly higher price range.
Today the unit arrived, and I must say I'm thrilled! Unpack the self has given me a lot of pleasure! The packaging is designed. The flat iron is in a plastic bag, which is in turn wrapped in a black folding carton made of corrugated cardboard. Included in this is then a heat-resistant bag that consists of 2 parts (even the actual cover of this bag that can be used during styling Hitzepad / shelf space, and then a smaller bag that is designed especially for the flat iron. This can then be clipped to the shell. Do I need the pad, for example when traveling not klippt to the storage bag easy off and tucked in his flat iron safe and space-saving!). The bag has a very beautiful color in my eyes: a pink-silver-taupe blend with Remington imprint next to the buckle. Then there's an instruction manual, and with me a free sample of the fluid from heat-Gard was then still in the process, which has me very excited.
The design is now a matter of taste (can not quite me with these white / pearl-colored surface and the floral ornaments make friends), but mine is the more important quality criterion.
Since I had very much burned with the previous tester the palm, so I walked gingerly ran to the cause. My hair is rather fine to normal, as I put the unit first at 180 °. Simply press the power button, and with + / - regulate the temperature. Who wants to have it very quickly, just have about 2 seconds and hold the + button, and already on the Turbo Boost to 235 °! Then hold down the seconds' button for about 2, and the key lock establishes itself. A super function, change for those who constantly accidentally during styling with your fingers the temperature!
As soon as I had so I started to comb the hair, I heard even a peep. The device was heated in less than 15 seconds! I was pleasantly surprised. And smoothing the first place. That was so easy! I had to pull each strand only once. And there was no chirp, but the hair glided gently through the plates. Even when I turned the temperature down to 150 °. I was always keen on this unit. Of course, I then also a few curls try what has worked wonderfully. Even when I then tried immediately smooth out the curls just been produced again, I was pleasantly surprised, because it excellently quickly went in only 2 trains! I was excited!
By smoothing I was then 10 minutes (with shoulder-length hair) ready, clearly pleased with the outcome. The housing is also not hot, and the device is just great in the hand. At the end of the housing there are 2 small incisions, which can be easily styled with 2 hands when trying to turn a blind thumb and forefinger of the other hand the device.

Conclusion: I am excited about this device and think it's a great comparison tool for all who do not want to spend on an equal 200 GHD!
