This board is very robust and easy to assemble. Who needs the "cable-guiding antenna" + extra socket and used for it is certainly a useful designed board. I, however, always need an extra, external extension cable in order to iron in a relaxed distance to outlet can. Two identical short cable from the away board - so that the iron and the ironing board from - make little sense. My conclusion: The additional socket on board would only make sense if the cable to the power plug, which then leads away from this outlet, would be twice as long. Just as it is (these length unfortunately probably nearly all ironing boards with cable), it uses for my needs anything and I keep looking for an inexpensive, large board with good circulation and no frills.
