The principle Actifry is dry the fries with a spoonful of oil in a kind of heating vent. In the end, we obtain a product that has crispy and soft inside but are not really fried product soaked in an oil bath.

You peel 4 large potatoes to the required 600g (in my case it was 660g) and then put a spoonful of oil (in my case the hazelnut oil) programming and 23 minutes heating. There, that's better than the family size 1 kg request 42 minutes.
