From 5.1 to 2.1

To my history:
I had until recently a 5.1 system from Creative. It is not yet broken, but I was this "thump sound" leit. No matter what I had always set the Bass came always too hard by. She had well-suited for PC games, but not for normal music (I had to constantly adjust the bass). Now it belongs to my roommates.
Strangely, I had the 5.1 system since 2004, until I finally changed my mind. (At this point I want to say that my 5.1 system had then cost 85 To be fair, so plays in a different price range)

2.1:
Compared to my old 5.1 system has (I'll call "Eddi") the 2.1 system) a clearer sound and the heights are much clearer. The bass of "Eddi" I've already extensively tested (a bit bass must be). It is enough turn up the dial in half, then the neighbors get mad;). Let there be no question, I hear quite well heavy metal, hard rock, etc., but the bass of "Eddi" is also excellent here.
A fly in the ointment there. "Eddi" has no "normal" remote control, only one controller in a string (but beautifully lit). That I do not care, I have (by the way of Creative) connected my "Eddi" to my external sound card and the remote has a reasonable and so I can still aufpimpen "Eddi" a little.

Summary:

Conclusion:

Well Creative, I cheated, but I have not looked back. "Eddi" I just like a lot better: D. For people who prefer a clear sound with pleasant bass I recommend this system, it delivers what it promises.
