I had after switching external devices (cable box or DVD recorder) always a buzzing sound from the speakers of my TV. That was very annoying and get rid of anything. By the purchased item, I stuck between the aerial socket and my antenna cable, this issue is resolved and the buzzing sound is finally gone.
