This is a board game that my 7 year old daughter had for Christmas. Santa Claus chose this game because usually the Educa games are well designed and suitable for children in the age group 5/8 years. The goal is to complete a wafer 12 pitches (it can be used in version 6 boxes if you want a quick game), using small chips with images of Disney characters. To win the chips players must guess what the character on the index card that is gradually emerging from the large coil. More the player finds early character (with the least indices), the more tokens wins (3 to 0). The die can be varied organizing the game at every turn: the player plays either alone or all players play in competition. For every turn there are 3 grades, from easy to difficult (first a general scene of the cartoon, then any part of the body or part of a friend, and finally, a talking part of the character).
Index therefore more interest for a child: first the large central button that serves to uncover clues as to measure. My daughter loves to discover and support the card. But above a certain advantage that is given to children to win the fair. Generally, they know better than us the characters of disneys. Be careful though, if you do not control a minimum Disney, impossible to play with your kids (almost humiliating experience for papi!). There are many characters including some find more anonymous than Mickey or Buzz Lightyear. You will find Colette Ratatouille, Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb, or Shu Todoroki of cars2.
I recommend this family game, which will value you and your children will have a good time together.
