I've bought every album of Lady GaGa and must state that the predecessor were better! Where most every song was a hit. In this album, it allows for the first time some stopgap.

Artpop is, with some exceptions, very electronic. Jewels N'Drugs is something new. The song can be classified in the genre Hip-Hop ... but not like I'm the song.
If that album overall do not like, which I would recommend to load individually following songs:

Aura: Reminiscent of Americano from Born This Way, but ne very cool number.
Swine: A really good party song! Lady Gaga's voice sounds like on drug, really cool.
Venus: Like quite well by 2-3 times listening. Stay in the ear.
Do What U Want: A good duet. GaGa's voice sounds very nice in the song.
