Good clock, but good service!

Hello There,
I own since 2011, the clock now already and am very happy with it.
Every now and then the GPS accuracy is something (that he would show up on the map in the PC software if you are driven with the (racing) bike through the woods, instead of on the street :-)) which comes next, with me but mostly only in deep valleys or the forest covered roads and hardly bothers me personally.
Otherwise the clock does what it should, however, especially me gefälllt the summary which provides all the possible data to a training session (such as average pulse / distance traveled / average speed / altitude / etc.). So you can very well follow his training progress that can be very motivating :-).
Most bothers me actually the relatively short battery life of about 10 - 15 hours in GPS mode. If GPS disabled holds them but much longer (about a week) by.

But now to what has convinced me most:
After a parade and a longer break I wanted to use the clock again. I searched the entire apartment, but could the accompanying chest strap simply no longer find. Since I could not find a suitable replacement for chest right away, I wrote to the support of Ultra Sport if they can recommend a replacement that is compatible with the clock.
And now the surprise:
In response came back, they will send me a new chest strap free, even though the clock is already over 3 years in my possession and I was myself for the loss of the old charge!

This really is a good service of all 5 Star has more than earned and the number of other manufacturer can even abschauen something.
