Installation and setup is pretty simple. There the only shortcoming. The terminal strip is rather fragile and the wires are not connected immediately and also fixed. That part is a bit fiddly. Since you have the quasi but make only once ... paid.
The coupling with the Hue Bridge is also very easy.
I run 3 devices with the supplied LED Strips in a configuration of 2m, 2.5m and 4.5m + 9 Glass shelf LEDs. The latter I have a stronger power supply donated, although it should be measured technically fit well with the original power supply. But I have left a reserve for a possible later following white Strip.
The strips are fairly bright. I now illuminated my entire living room indirectly (behind furniture) with it. Here are the technical data of the strips. They would also interest me beforehand namely:
12V, 7.2W / m, 30 RGB chip LEDs / m, respectively 3 + series resistor, silikonvergossen IP54. Unfortunately Lumen Missing.
The controllers are the way much smaller than I thought.
The colors are all the same, but differ in the colors a bit from the Philips Bloom, I've also still in use.
The whole thing runs fine in combination with Ambilight + hue. There is a small time delay between Ambilight and the lamps, but also make the Hues.
All in all an awesome product!
FYI: One of three controller was broken and obviously apologize in use. Return was seamless.
But here I rate the product per se and not stupid accidents or bad luck or problems with the delivery !!!
