There are some very positive aspects and negative aspects more in this cookbook. I bought my house ravioli and ravioli because I did not find this book to consult before buying. I'm (finally) across it there are two days ago and I was finally glad not to have ordered without consulting him. The overall look of the book does not seduced me. Pages are relatively tristounettes with recycled paper effect (but bad effect) and revenues images are absolutely not original nor appetizing (for my taste). The first big half of the book is very interesting and deals with the manufacture of various pasta and how to replicate some forms of pasta. It's very interesting but the recipe portion disappointed me. So, I decided to go my way because the two books which I purchased also evoke the different variants of the dough and revenues are much more attractive. So much for the practical advice, I will find them on the net.
