Incompatible with any phone? or weakness of the product? I do not know. off and before departure the kit works correctly with acceptable quality, but after a few minutes (random) movement, stop working and therefore hack kit and phone to restore hearing ... Every time I had to give up in the end and connect headphones directly to the phone, loser suddenly the hands-free kit and decluttering. with happens, my first contact with bluetooth is not top. Star I put OK because it "works." For me against instability makes it unusable. Having to stop for 5 minutes and tweak every x time is not very ergonomic ...
