Both devices had what I thought was the "grease stains" from what I could see on the pictures, through the lens (which I believe is the most effective tool of the lot) I've realized eventually it was only microscopic dust (tiny, I exaggerate, but absolutely invisible to the naked eye).
No need of drawing the brush, this notice does not take into account the latter, so armed with my pear, I rule I turn on the magnifying glass: very good surprise: it is a little gadget like that but the two lenses are very clear I think it is glass, not plastic, the lighting is really great, is localized problem without all that may be stuck to the sensor.
Only voila, the bulb will soon hoarse and it alone was not enough to take off this little world!
After several tests, not feeling the soul of a stuntman and having still a small sum in the spotlight with the two cases I used a can of compressed air (usually not recommended on a sensor, but still more than a tranquilizer brush or kit stylus)
And then a miracle: no more dust !!!
The sensors are a priori charged with static electricity which "glue" such small particles so as not to move with the airflow of the pear.
So going straight to the point:
THE +:
- Perfect magnifier to detect tiny particles bonded to the sensor (you can use it for other things)
- Very satisfactory lighting
- Still relatively affordable and allows you to diagnose yourself the extent of damage
LES -:
- Pear sufficient for cleaning the optics, the housing, but in my case ineffective on the sensor
- It makes us the magnifying glass to 60 since we can only lacquérir
--------------
I have not tested the stylus on the sensor.
So no positive / negative opinion.
I have three different pen / brush for cleaning the optics and have always been satisfied with the products of the brand, so I think it's still serious and essential equipment to take care of our loved pieces of glass to 1 gram.
The kit does not allow me alone to overcome my problem, but it is relative, not because it did not work with me that it will not work at home, there may be cases where the bulb will be sufficient for your needs.
Again, in my opinion, the magnifying glass is the most useful tool kit, damage is the only one not sachète retail.
