Good device, if it were not constantly give defects

In July, there were at one time made no more beeps. For me stop only important when the machine "ready" is.

OTTO (the device so officially sell and not as a reseller here) exchanged the device then without problems.

Mid December 2014 I took after using the microwave function a strange odor. The sound was different when the microwave came in action. Since I usually only use the hot air function, I made the time being no further thought.

Now on 28/12/2014 I want to use the microwave function. Once the microwave went into action, I saw flames inside the unit. And no, of course I have packed no forks etc. into the unit ...

Direct again OTTO written ... Until the weekend I get a new device to replace.

May be as good of service at OTTO, too ... I have no desire slowly replaced every few months the unit. On the floor I still have a microwave that is functional for more than 20 years (unfortunately without hot air & Co)!

I am very disappointed in the end of the device. The price just seems to be too low for the power. Say for 129 euros (OTTO) you just can not expect quality. Sure, there go also still 19% VAT. Down. For the manufacturer, there is not much.

I give the device still 2 stars because it's a good device in principle. Unfortunately, there is a lack of the technical product quality.

Or I just had bad luck twice ...
