I've been using the Olympus SH - 1 now for almost two weeks, I had me the Panasonic LF1 for selection since I ordered there could not decide. I keep the Olympus because of the greater zoom range, the good handling and the look great, also the photos were not really distinguished from each other in that of my favorite size (10x15). The Olympus had less difficulty focusing in the candlelight, despite the smaller sensor and the light weaker lens. Somehow could the Panasonic LF1 not really play the larger aperture. From the processing perspective, housing is in my opinion, the Olympus forward by the "Belderung" and Aufwülstung front they can hold and operate Best. In return, the Panasonic is smooth as an eel and I had here and there but fear that I drop it. From the data fro the Panasonic is LF1 superior sh-1 house high up on the zoom of Olympus, but who wants to just taking pictures and Kei Pixelpeeper is can grab my opinion quietly to Olympus, I have so far not regret the Panasonic sent back to have. And yes, I know well what good photos are, normally I take pictures with a DSLR, but in different situations, this is just too unwieldy.
Addendum. The camera has repeatedly risen on the birthday of my son and resulting multiple shots. This many beautiful moments have not been held, the camera went back.
