The microwave was delivered quickly. After a few alterations to fit in a cabinet IKEA (the height of the panel does not match the hole spacing of a fact-kitchen. You have to drill holes in between, and if present, cut the door on the microwave and put the hinge).

At the end of installation, the microwave is to be fastened with a screw. How exactly can be based on the pixelated image in the mini guide not recognize. You can call when Bomann, but it is not the service provided by, and referred to the Web form. This form eats like your input, if you leave out personal details. What has my residence to do with the installation of a microwave is beyond me.
My question was entered on 29.11.2012 and is in the ticket system noted. As of this writing nearly two weeks ago - until today unanswered. Toll.

Update 1/14/2013:
Still no answer. The ticket is still in the system. The company that makes the service's Service Logistics International, [...] - just in case anyone ever wants to sort out a candidate for his Servicediesntleistungen.
