Simply rinsing under running water, immediately after using works great and there mss nothing big deal to be built.
Not so good I like:
- The handle is slightly more complicated, which is why I would now press the device any smaller child in the hand, to the sharp edges of the knife and Aufpickser come.
- Small apples, VLT from the garden are not as convenient to peel it, as the knife when not perfectly round apples sometimes can miss points, also if the housing does not sit centrally, a portion remains sometimes in spiral apple and then the whole effect and especially the time savings there, because you have to manually rework. The one or other trained housewife is as safe with the knife just as fast.
