I had used it while only three times, but I had the nearly identical previous model, which had been with me for years (which is the reason why was I bought this model again).
The Problem

The problem began with the fact that the cleaning station was not working. She never started the cleaning process. So I AVIDES an email written and informed of the defect. AVIDES also has the same answer and send me a return bill via PDF. Was easy and simple, perfect!
So I sent the defective unit back. Three days later I receive an email in which it is told that although the package had arrived, however, the instruction manual is missing. However, I was 100% sure I've packed the instructions in the box to me. I have yet again sought at home, of course, to no avail. A similar email I send on a Friday at 11 Clock AVIDES, possible scramble asking the (hopefully working) new model since I slowly looked like Chewbacca ...
One answer I have, however, received only on the following Monday, as well as with the note that it (supposedly) are no longer a replacement device and therefore they transfer me the money as soon as I let them get the manual .... AHHH!
Totally annoyed I then AVIDES suggested that they should have less than me 5 euros and the thing has done so. So the story has ended then, but it's an indictment of a customer ...
So my advice: Good razor but if it somehow does not go buy AVIDES.
