After 5 months the headset is off to one side. So I contacted Amazon redirected me to the SAV service Beats. With much doubt I called them. To my surprise without discussion they gave me an RMA number. I returned the helmet and in a week I received a new helmet with a cover bonus. All at no cost! For me one more reason to buy their product! Bravo
