'Tears For Fears' was one of the really big trendy pop bands in the 80s. And rightly so, they have repeatedly made it into the charts all the way up. Have been reported 'Tears For Fears' with the catchy titles of this CD "Mad World", "Change" and "Pale Shelter", which all have catchy character. However, the other titles are the single releases in its class to not. The music of 'Tears For Fears' on this album brings a fundamental melancholy expressed in the texts usually mixes with the plaintive protest, without being intrusive. The compositions as well as their instrumental implementation are pleasantly varied and artistically compelling. A great proof that '80s can not be equated with shallow level. This album is one of the few that will I buy a CD, although I have been standing in vinyl.
