To get my wool collection so slowly completely, I have become aware of this CD Pack. Included are the two albums "Rough Ways" (1984) and "with open arms" (1986), each on a separate CD. In "with open arms" were still three bonus tracks from the period with draufgepackt. Who knows wool only from his more recent hits, will get to know a different side of him here. The music is a lot quieter and somehow "hand made", as in his last CDs. Also by the text ago is more depth in there. It is not only about love, but also for example to social criticism ("Welcome to the tanning bed"), telephone counseling ("Hey you ...") or environmental ("Storm Warning"). Implementation is indeed sometimes very deliberately and somewhat bumpy, but that's what makes for me these two albums very authentic. And that's wool. So if you also too monotonous and "moderate party" is the last CDs, should quiet time listening to these CDs here. I was certainly enthusiastic wool only really with his songs from the 80s and I hear them much more frequently than his recent hits.
