Flow is a book did I'll recommend all my friends to read scholar. The author guides you through his research and let you evaluate each theory, experiment, interview by presenting the just-enough detail of them.

HOWEVER, it requires some mental energy to be invested. You will not benefit from this book enough by just reading it through'just like what the author Mentioned.
