Great combination and highly variable

Defrost:
Was a bit skeptical of the defrost. This has proved to be very convenient. Bread slices are thawed within 5-15 min, schnitzel or chicken breast in about 30-50 minutes. A whole Lach page took about 3 hours.
Cutting board:
The board is heavy enough not to slip. Very handy are the replaceable cutting pads. These are not totally cut resistant that I really cut with pressure (salmon skin) are also cuts in the support. However, this is reversible and of course just replaceable. It contains three different editions. The abgeclipsten pad can be used to transport or to convey Inden pot along with the material to be cut. It is fast and just rinsed off clipped quickly. In addition, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Conclusion:
Beautiful Doppelfuktion, very hygienic conditions are not totally cut resistant but removable and re-purchaseable
