This one scares the hero through beautifully designed planet, cities and spaceships, which are bounded by (partly silly scale) barriers. Each "level" are all quite manageable and run fairly linearly.
The quests are quite varied and above all by the different solutions (light or dark) very entertaining.
The supporters are all varied and grow fond of a (at least on the bright side ... a Sith knows no friendship ;-))
The battles, lightsaber duels in particular are beautiful to look by smooth animation and nice effects. However, one sometimes has the problem that the hero simply stops (despite assigned commands) and the actions do not perform.
The difficulty level varies greatly, but is basically what for beginners. In some places, however, it controls only one of the supporters and has relatively strong against opponents exist. The last third of the game, however, is far too easy - countervailing power tower and a lightsaber in each hand can not even resist the bosses - The villain in the package is a few strokes on the ground.
But the main problem is the story: In an RPG, I expect a solid story that ever aired in the course of the adventure - I do not think in Kotor II. Instead, the end raises more questions rather than to answer that:
::: ::: SPOILER
Who is Darth Nihilus and what he has to do with me? What about Mandalore plans that he suggests in the cut scene at the Ravager? What's with Goto's plans, which he declares in the ship at Nar Shaddaa? Why dive remote droid again, although it was destroyed in a cutscene? Why I kill on Malachor with Mira the Wookie? What happens to the crew when the ship crashes into the gorge? Why this review is so long? ;-)
::: ::: SPOILER
Furthermore, there is no right real end, which can but hope for a 3rd part ...
Regardless, despite the weaknesses I have the game again tasted nights because the hunt for equipment, the high levels of the hero, the depth of the characters and of course the Star Wars scenery are incredibly motivating.
