great phablet with some quirks

Looking for a suitable replacement for my old iPhone 3GS I opted for my first Android device from Huawei (I keep sabotaging Samsung because I got a tablet by Samsung shortly before buying a mobile phone, and this is still incomprehensible for me, plus I wanted no Plastikbomber that everyone has). The first impression was, damn, this device is really big! And it feels very high quality! Of course, it has fallen because of the size equal to 2 hours to curb and had the first quirks ... well done.
After half a year it started then, I was surfing with a mobile phone as usual and put it beside me in Stand By mode. Then read it no longer activate or load, but it was murder hot - apparently the battery was broken. Seriously? ... So I wanted to send it there. After 3 days, in which it did not respond or could not be charged, but we went on a great time again ....
A few months later began the music player problems, every time I go back a song, the phone rebooted. Despite repeated reset and send the error occurs months. Grrr. after approximately 2-3 months after the phone was out of service again, then the AppStore stopped going. The friendly staff member could not help me, nothing worked. So the part had to be sent again. When it came back, but insisted the error still - all my data was still on it. Apparently they had not done anything with the device in the repair. Unfortunately, I could not send it out again away because I moved abroad for a few months ;-) great if just no longer the phone funktoniert what? My parents had it sent to me extracting ago and I still could not in the AppStore. I put it back again (which I had previously tried unsuccessfully), and at one time it was .... uh yes, beautiful. I think that's really great phone to look and all, but how many times I had problems only because Android ... I use the device now for a little over one and a half years, and I understand Android still not as accurate, although I really play around a lot with it. For example, it is stupid that I see emoji only in WhatsApp and can touch - because the manufacturer is running only to Android 4.2.2 device, one for 4.4 or so but needs - goofy. Come to me frankly before already ripped. Or if I turn on the WLAN, immediately opens the Wlansuchfenster. How So? Is it useless. What annoys me most is the whole little things that add up. Sometimes the mobile letter shows total cut off at, or it reacts barely spite restart, the other day did not go to the lower part of the touchscreen, despite 5 reboots, so I could not tap back or spacebar etc.

Anything personally bothers me in particular:
- Many Android quirks
- No Emojis
- Very bad camera
- Often on the phone after a few songs so to that my Bluetooth Box functions only as telephone and the mobile phone plays then so on - does not happen with my windows phone and laptop. Why does it do that? It's frustrating!

But what makes me positively, is the battery. Seriously. My friends rave about how great their Galaxy Plastikbomber are however, but from their high wear battery (3 batteries in a year, I do not feel as attached) say they hardly anything. The battery from the HAM is gigantic, it holds daily and even with intensive use with games loose a school by! Certainly the HAM is a good device, but for my use of it has too many flaws, which I do not want to give me, and would be an IOS device is not so expensive, I would have long back ... and I speak from experience because I also use a Windows Mobile device in addition to this, and even that has less software bugs as this device .... I fear, Android and I will simply no friends.
