great pitcher, but the lid is drooling

The pot is simple and beautiful, the lid holds even if the can is tipped tiptop tight.
And what annoyed me at the last pot, the locking lever is aligned 100% with the handle (What does the otherwise out?).
It also has a large enough capacity, without being big or bulky. And when pouring drips nix.

Now the BUT:
If the pot is opened after use and the lid lifted, drooling coffee from the locking lever on the table
... And that's not just a single drop :-( pity, but there is unfortunately deduction.
