Our son is 4 and loves his little "what I hear as" collection. The CDs are made lovingly and wisely, there is a lot to learn and also to learn. With 4 years, our son is still a fairly young listeners, I think the 5-6 year-old will also get their money's worth, because the stories are quite complex. Since I find the concept of CDs very beautiful, I want to very briefly describe it for parents who are new to this series: The listeners accompany the protagonist in a story (here just around the fire brigade). The story is divided into chapters, and is broken up by thematically appropriate songs and small rounds. In the rounds was "interrogated" noises and funny way advise all children directly co- even if they hear the CDs to dog the first time. It's just fun and just heard is thereby incidentally repeated again briefly. The interruptions of the story, I feel this also not be disturbing, but as a very appropriate and useful because in some cases very much happens in the individual narrative passages.
