Have bought the Shake to remove a few kilos and an easy way with no effort to have a max. to make two meals a day rich in protein. For a comparison with other products I have not yet. The powder can dissolve very well. I use a plastic container with lid (actually a blender properly) and shake vigorously for a few seconds, that's enough also. Both with water or with milk, the powder dissolves well. The taste makes me happy! A bit like chocolate pudding. You can also take less water than specified, then it is more pudding moderate, depending on personal preference. A shake with 30g powder keeps me fed for at least 4 hours, 5 hours go well. It would be nice still a "natural" version without taste, so that one is sometimes more flexible, if you want mitreingeben other ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, etc.
