After fuming my Dremel 3000 spare her had and I found the battery variant quite appealing in terms of handling. Today I unpacked the Dremel and first as indicated the battery charged. The charge status indicator (green, yellow, red) indicates the battery status 100-51%, then yellow with 50-26%, and if it turns red just 25% or less of. After a whopping 7Minuten went the light already from green to yellow. Accordingly, the battery lasts only 10-14 minutes depending on the speed. Since the battery is permanently installed in the device you can also take no second battery to change. Handling is great, the LED's at the top rather gimmick because not very bright and the battery performance at 3.75 hours charging time (also in the instructions as indicated) far too low. I take the Dremel to sharpen my hedge shears and unfortunately creates therefore not even a garnish. To raise the rest of the hedge trimmer, it is then wait for 3 hours and 45 minutes.
Conclusion: Very handy and lightweight, the lamp gimmick and the battery runs out quickly!
