The Asus BW-16D1HT is a very quiet burner has been with my getesten blanks not fabricated (from High to Low) incorrect firing and all run without hesitation on my Sony BluRay Player. He seems to accept any blank marks what many BluRay burner is often not the case.

He has been tested so far from me with the following brands blank (everything 25GB blanks):

- Verbatim DataLife 43812 BD-R
- XLayer Bluray BD-R full printable inkjet white
- MediaRange BD-R
- Intenso BD-R
- Platinum BD-R

It looks like a real all-rounder! The only small (in my opinion) verschmerzbare shortcoming is that the burner beiligt no cables or software. I can each of looking for a BluRay burner is this device only recommend highly.
