I have now installed this card in 3 computers. In computers with an Intel chip set (Board: Gigabyte and ASUS, each with Intel P45 chip) and PCIe 2.0 slot stutters the HDMI sound in a computer with a VIA chip (Board: ASROCK 4CoreDual Sata 2) and PCIe 1.0 (only 4x connected) it runs with no problems. The Overdrive menu for controlling the Powerplay settings is not available because inhibited by the manufacturer. This is annoying, because changing the clock speed is blamed for the HDMI sound stuttering and this is in overdrive menu could control. Therefore, I can not recommend the card if you want to output via HDMI sound.
Update: Apparently, the sound stuttering over HDMI is a production error. I had spoken to the Sapphire-Support to the problem and should the card through Amazon Sent (Thank you to this point to Amazon for the problem-free settlement). After 3 weeks my money back (without comment) has been paid. Would that not have been stuttering sound, the card would certainly deserves 4-5 stars.
