Once the software is installed, I can no longer listen to MP3s when I want to surf the way yet.

I have now installed Nero because everything works! Even though I'm not a fan of Nero.
Why am I so pissed over software?
Well you've ever tried to submit problem Support?
First of you have to register! Then you have quite a lot of data to enter, then you have to copy the bill the CD with Key and then you have another number which is in the software (in my case, I had to install the software, of course, again only) ...
After a few (enough) days first answer .. problem can not be recreated, I should also first time to prove that all the numbers are real and make all of a screenshot.
So support or not but if I am with a problem which is simply a wrongly placed Codecsein I have to spend hours to prove that I have to actually buy the software and have installed as behaubtet ... the istja kidding.
