I have been given this pot about 20 years ago and use it weekly. Approximately 400g frozen fruits with preserving sugar 2: 1 to thaw for about 7 minutes, stirring, then at the highest level micro ca cook 4-5 minutes, stir again and one step lower for about 4-5 minutes (cover by Instructions Open) and finished a good dose of fresh jam. I do not want to miss the pot !! Of course, this also works with fresh fruit. Watching, then rich about 3 minutes each. It is advisable to stop there, if it cooks faster (eg raspberries).
