Other drawbacks are the "universality" owed. So the camera is on the back of course obscured. Since each camera its hinsteckt elsewhere, the case can not of course enter into it. I do not mind because I never take pictures with the tablet, since it is mostly used only at home. In addition, in an emergency, the tablet would ruckzuck from the Case "freed" to photograph it.
Put "short time into the case" is not the way. If it is not fixed, it would slip out to the left or right. So this is not recommended (my tray fell luckily soft).
In addition, the volume buttons are covered. This is mainly because that HP placed this at the most unlikely place, namely behind the unit.
But who "fail" is, can also press from behind on the Case, if you caught one of the volume buttons, so the volume indicator appears on the screen and you can quite comfortably adjust the volume. Or briefly triggers the tab on the top left side and engages shortly behind.
CONCLUSION:
All in all it's a nice case. But now after half a year I realize then but strong signs of wear. The tabs slip me too often from the device, so I'm not really sure whether the tablet really is secure. And when I take up the case and cuts off the tray in the opposite direction which is just plain annoying.
I've also been wondering whether I might fix the whole with Velcro, but would at the moment not paste my tray.
I think before I ever get me this for 10 euros, I reach a bit deeper into their pockets and get me a suitable device for my case for 30 Euro.
For the money, the Case OK and if you have a smaller tablet, or other dimensions would all certainly fit better and it's a great case. For the HP Slate 8 Pro is a "stopgap" OK already, but long term it will probably not be happy here.
