It cools the CPU my (AMD FX) of 5 - 10 degrees cooler than the boxed cooler (5 degrees Idle, 10 degrees under load).
He is very quiet and noticeable until 1000 revolutions.
(The loudest in my computer is now the SATA drive)
My decision much to the Grand Kama because it not only the CPU but also supplies all chipsets by the Board as well as the memory of fresh air.
Super Radiator unfortunately the installation bit fiddly when you're too lazy to expand the board, but goes smoothly, I GraKa and PSU expanded then was enough space for the installation available.
In AMD 3+ base the backplate is used by the Board, therefore it is not necessary to expand the whole board.
I would buy it again at any time, but recommending any previously remeasure whether it fits in the Tower ;-)
