What only temporarily disrupts the just not as often the '' Ingrid feeling '' pays me, this unique little is mostly gone. Where is the simple, but beautiful Ukulelee song in the style of '' You & I '' or the timeless piano ballad ('Breakable' ')? Of course, convincing songs like '' Palm Of Your Hand '' or '' Fire '', compared to Ingrid's older material, they are much more arbitrary and could by any Indie / Rock Artist originate. What is missing is somehow what Ingrid did best (or can). The arrangements of many songs are considerably less interesting, the colors on the title from ansich. So the album Song Technically is not bad, rather the Einseitigkeikt and arbitrariness of some songs takes the quality down.
The whole thing sounds now certainly negative to as '' Human Again '' actually is. Bottom line, the songs are quite good (3-4 star), only '' Do It Now''und 'Ribbons'' below the the average score. I particularly like the '' How We Love '' and '' Ghost '', unfortunately the only songs that really stand out and would include the total of Ingrid's top tracks. Song Technically the album of mine would get 3 1/2 to 4 stars, but I round off because I'm more satisfied with the cool, but also less unique rock sound.
Ingrid fans I would definitely recommend the album to buy. '' Human Again '' is really not bad and who knows, maybe like other new sound more;).
'' Human Again '' is all in a satisfactory and worth a purchase, but leaves open a few more wishes.
