The 4th Uncover was enticing. I told myself owl, a new Apocalypse affair with the mysteries of Paris and its underground. If the novel reads well, it starts very still too slowly, so that the end seems downright sloppy. It's a shame !! The plot could have been better developed, from the point of view of rhythm and geographic presence, as in Paris, we only see the Botanical Gardens and one end of the 5th district. It's really too simplistic.
Then the fateful question: should we read? Not really. I recommend rather Planking or Andrevon for stories of doom or Apocalypse. For cons, I think the author is perfectible. In any case I wish him. I will read his possible next novel curiously to assess progress.
With my apologies for my lack of modesty in my literary criticism ...
