Positives:
+ The machine is well built and provided with useful and effective accessories
+ The grip is relatively simple although it will take some more tests at the beginning to achieve a good result
+ The display and the control buttons display are ergonomic and well thought
+ Cookbook that accompanies the machine will allow you to make your first bread without too many problems
+ Cooking is good but not perfect
Negative points:
- A recipe book that deserves to have a little more revenue
- A cooking module that is not very well thought out. By choosing the sweetest cooking mode (white body), bread comes out cooked but sometimes with a few uncooked spaces. In contrast, the middle of cooking will give you a very dark and solid crust.
- The obligation to stay close to the machine for some recipes that require to incorporate ingredients along the way.
- Failure to lock the cooking tray (not ideal if you have children).
Verdict:
this is a very good machine to begin creating home-made bread. It is convenient and easy to use. Would recommend for all lovers of bread.
