Regarding churros: once one has found "his" recipe (I based myself on this one [...]), it is very simple and economical = water / flour / salt. It is very easy to put the dough inside the utensil (those who put anywhere are not very gifted for the cylinder is large enough). As for cleaning, idem, easy.
For cons, I regret not having any explanation for the other bits ... shortbread recipes or spritz test, unless we can make fresh pasta ... I do not know.
