The Pizza Stone arrived quickly and securely packaged after 3 days at us. It served its purpose fully and completely, ie the pizza crust is super-crisp. We have tested it in our gas grill (with hood), this comes to> 300 °, thus took the pizzas only 4 - 5 minutes at about 20 Muniten heating time. The stone acts sufficiently stable and scratch-resistant, baked (no spillage) stains gently with a ceramic hob scraper quite well to remove. Otherwise, though brown burn residues remain on the surface when then just a cosmetic but represent no functional problem - at least for me, because I think this is a utilitarian object / tool and not an exhibit. The stains could run manual even get at with fine sandpaper, if necessary. Positive I found the three doses of 1kg flour pizza and the pizza peel, which, although of simple plywood, but erüllt its purpose. For classic, deeper wood ovens of the grip is probably too short, but for oven and grill fully sufficient. The highlight is definitely the small but nice enclosed accompanying booklet with tips and recipes for different batters and sauce. The classic pizza dough recipe in it is awesome, we had the same test. The only thing I missed in the product description here is an indication of the thickness of the material: The stone is 1.5 cm thick. Seems to be a good compromise between heat-up and heat storage capacity (which seems to fit) to be. Whether it better are stones, I can not say for lack of comparative way (there's definitely more expensive). This is our first stone and I am very happy with it so far. Therefore, I can recommend this with a clear conscience, especially the forth value for money, especially because of the "additions".
