impractical / unrealistic cutting height

The cutting height adjustment is not used much because there is no provision for "the hairs stand upright" before they approach the cutting part. like most of the hairs are not perfectly perpendicular, they are not cut at the same height. the cut is very imprecise.

the "shoe" plastic (as the photo suggests that this metal :()
does not protect the front of the mower, so, it is very difficult to maintain a constant time gap to the cutting area unless constantly perfectly perpendicular to the skin ... almost mission impossible.

rated battery life, however, no pb.
